Job Description:

The Senior Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire engineering operations of a hotel's systems, plant and equipment. This includes managing the department's team members and ensuring that the hotel operates efficiently and effectively to deliver exceptional guest experiences.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all engineering operations across the hotel's interior and exterior facilities, including systems like electrical, HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, structural elements, and landscaping.
  • Ensure seamless facilities management, exceptional guest experiences, and compliance with safety and sustainability standards.
  • Lead the Engineering Team in the day-to-day engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel, including service standards, equipment schedules, safety protocols and work schedules.
  • Implement and maintain our preventative maintenance program to ensure all equipment and facilities are in good working order.

Requirements:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical, plumbing or mechanical trade, with advanced knowledge of building management/engineering.
