Job description:

The primary focus of this role is to enhance business processes and documentation within the Claims operations, specifically by improving existing workflows based on recent reviews.

This position requires a candidate with expertise in claims analysis, who can effectively manage a program of works to support business problem resolution. The ideal candidate will possess excellent collaboration skills, leading process improvements and analyzing claims reports to ensure they meet recommendations.

Furthermore, this individual must have a good understanding of claims operations and demonstrate strategic thinking by prioritizing and balancing multiple tasks effectively.

Experience in process analysis or improvement is highly desirable, preferably within a claims or insurance environment, along with proficiency in process mapping tools and MS Office software.
