Stock Management Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to facilitate purchasing and inventory management activities across our 18 clinics.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective management of stock, allowing clinicians to deliver high-quality treatments and services to clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement and/or inventory management, with a commercial mindset focused on reducing costs and increasing productivity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitating purchasing for equipment, product, and consumable goods
- Monitoring inventory shipments and managing returns
- Establishing reporting to track stock utilisation and turns
- Providing regular and ad hoc inventory reports to mitigate product wastage
- Managing stock transition activities, including stocktake and system write-off
- Administering supplier account setup, including contract review and negotiation
- Maintaining contracts within a database, ensuring timely renewal
- Assisting with system consolidation and procurement integration
The successful candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in procurement and/or inventory management
- A strong commercial focus, with excellent analytical skills
- Effective communication and consulting skills, with experience working with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with SharePoint
