About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Rockhampton. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early learning experiences for our children, while also contributing to the growth and development of our centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging and inclusive educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our educational programs.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, while promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and inclusivity.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of centre policies and procedures that align with the National Quality Standards.

Requirements
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
