Early Childhood Teacher Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Programmed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging learning environments that foster children's growth and development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, utilizing effective leadership skills.
  • Develop and deliver learning programs aligned with the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines.
  • Ensure a safe and caring community for all children.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification.
  • Valid Blue Card.
  • Current First Aid Qualifications, including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Training.
  • Previous experience in implementing and delivering Kindergarten programs.
  • Ability to document children's learning.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Positive and caring attitude.
