Key Educator Approach: We ensure every child has a dedicated educator to support their emotional and developmental needs, fostering strong, nurturing relationships.

Effective Communication: Using our Storypark platform, family nights, and newsletters, we maintain transparent communication with parents, tailoring programs to each child's needs and strengths.

Flexible and Inclusive Routines: Our routines promote self-help skills and autonomy, embracing cultural diversity to create an inclusive environment.

Enriched Outdoor Spaces: Our outdoor areas feature natural and man-made elements like sandpits, a bike path, dirt pit, stage, water tank, vegetable patch, and shaded play spaces, encouraging exploration and sustainability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Qld Working with Children Check or "Exemption Card"
