About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educational Leader to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As an Educational Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the educational programs and services we offer to children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and collaborate with educators to develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of children and families.
  • Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Work closely with the centre leadership team to lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, ensuring they are informed and engaged in their child's learning journey.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of centre policies and procedures that support the delivery of high-quality educational programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current Qld Working with Children Check or 'Exemption Card'.
