Strategic Operations Director

This key role is responsible for delivering high-quality day-to-day operational and administrative services across the organisation. The Strategic Operations Director will lead the team in achieving this goal, overseeing service models and communication strategies to enhance engagement and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the delivery of operational and administrative services, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional outcomes.
- Design and deliver service models that focus on executive support, governance, and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to optimise internal platforms and enhance stakeholder engagement.
- Provide strategic advice and operational oversight to support organisational initiatives and objectives.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Public Policy, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated leadership of professional teams, including responsibility for performance management and service delivery outcomes.
- Proven experience in managing operations, executive services, or governance within complex organisations.
- Proficiency in enterprise systems, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and content management platforms.
- Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities across organisational units, coupled with a sound understanding of digital transformation and workplace technologies.
