Transformational Finance Leader Wanted

We are seeking an exceptional finance executive to join our Senior Leadership Team and drive enterprise-wide strategic decision making. As a trusted advisor, you will contribute wisdom, curiosity, and fresh perspectives to challenge groupthink and elevate organisational thinking.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead commercial analysis and business partnering to optimise performance across various business portfolios, including food and beverage outlets. You will also mentor and develop emerging leaders while building organisational resilience during this growth phase.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience as a Finance Director/CFO, particularly in organisations undergoing transformation or growth. They should be able to articulate specific examples of how they've contributed strategic value beyond their functional finance expertise in leadership team settings.

  • Familiarity with not-for-profit frameworks and Sage Intacct
