The Role:

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Christmas Retail Assistants in Wagga Wagga. As a member of our retail team, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and driving business growth.

About the Job:

This is a casual opportunity that requires flexibility with regard to availability, including weekday and weekend work. You will be working across various departments within the store, assisting customers with their queries, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and processing transactions accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with their queries and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring products are displayed attractively and effectively
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and mobile payments
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment
