Store Operations Director

As a Store Manager, you will have direct responsibility for leading and coaching a team of up to 30 members.
- Driving the Ghanda values with your store team is essential for success.
- Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction is crucial.
- Liaising with Stock Allocators to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store is vital for maximizing return on floor space.
The ideal candidate will be someone who has demonstrated leadership experience, thinks customer first, nails the fundamentals, and takes retail seriously.
