Key Store Manager Role

This is a leading retail management opportunity where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth and leading a high-performing team.

As a successful store manager, you will be expected to cultivate a positive and engaging work environment, supporting the development of your team members while also achieving operational excellence.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and motivate team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and training.
  • Manage retail operations including stock control, staff scheduling and tracking sales team performance.
  • Deliver memorable customer service and exceptional product knowledge.
  • Lead by example and maintain high standards of professionalism and conduct.
