Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Consultant to contribute to delivering impactful learning initiatives that drive professional growth and excellence within our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Deliver Impactful Learning Initiatives: Develop and implement effective learning strategies that meet the diverse needs of our stakeholders.
- Create Exceptional Training Experiences: Design and deliver training programs that engage and inspire learners, driving significant improvements in performance and productivity.
- Apply Adult Learning Methodologies: Utilize evidence-based adult learning principles to design and deliver synchronous and asynchronous learning initiatives that maximize learner engagement and retention.
- Develop Flexible Learning Solutions: Create tailored learning solutions that cater to the unique needs of our stakeholders, leveraging emerging technologies and innovative approaches to enhance the learning experience.
- Conduct Learning Needs Analyses (LNAs): Identify skill and knowledge gaps through comprehensive LNAs, informing the development of targeted learning interventions.
- Prepare Learning Briefs, Presentations, Reports, and Project Documentation: Develop high-quality documentation that communicates learning goals, objectives, and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Capture, Analyze, and Interpret Employee Learning Data: Utilize data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives, informing continuous improvement and optimization.
- Tertiary qualification in adult education, instructional design, or eLearning.
- In-depth knowledge of adult workplace learning theories and instructional design models.
- Proven skills in instructional design and learning experience development.
- Demonstrated project management skills in learning program development.
- High-level interpersonal and professional communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments.
- Capacity to source and analyze data for learning solutions effectiveness.
