As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing outreach strategies to engage with prospects.
- Researching and identifying potential clients and their needs.
- Building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Working closely with account executives and other sales team members to ensure seamless handovers and first calls.
- Contributing to the development of sales processes and procedures to drive efficiency and scalability.
In addition to the above responsibilities, the successful candidate will also:
- Attend regular training and professional development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to stay ahead of the competition.
- Contribute to cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in quarterly business reviews and strategy sessions to align with company goals.

- Experience working with CRM software.
