Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a trusted technical advisor, you will work closely with our sales team and customers to understand their business objectives and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences through consultative selling and technical expertise. You will own the technical aspects of the pre-sales lifecycle, from discovery and qualification to solution design, proof of concepts, and transition to delivery teams.

You will be responsible for guiding prospects through solution architecture discussions, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and addressing technical objections with clarity and credibility. Additionally, you will design, validate, and document proposed integrations to ensure feasibility and alignment with customer expectations.

As the voice of the customer within our organization, you will advocate for their needs and share insights with product and engineering teams. You will capture and prioritize customer feedback, feature requests, and emerging requirements to inform product strategy and enhance our solutions' market fit.
