We are seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to act as a trusted technical advisor to both our sales team and customers. You will support sales in discovery discussions with customers to understand their goals and requirements, and demonstrate our products to address these needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Define solutions to meet customer requirements and work closely with product teams should any product gaps be identified.
- Support deep technical discussions around APIs and SDKs and provide advice on how our solutions can best be implemented.
- Work closely with the implementation, customer success, and technical support teams to ensure customers are set up for success and can go live smoothly and quickly.
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions consulting, or technical sales roles - ideally within SaaS platforms serving Financial Services, RegTech, or other regulated industries.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build trusted relationships with senior technical and business stakeholders.
- Technical capability in designing solutions in complex technology ecosystems and proficiency with RESTful APIs, Swagger / OpenAPIs, authentication protocols (OAuth, SSO), data formats (JSON), and tools such as Postman.
As a highly effective communicator, you will present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and adapt solutions to meet customer needs.
