Maintenance Strategist

We are seeking a skilled electrical tradesperson to coordinate and plan maintenance activities for our manufacturing operations.
- As a key member of our team, you will utilise your comprehensive electrical knowledge to participate in work scheduling and execution, including inspections and monitoring methods, detailed planning of work and improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring their technical skills and experience in the maintenance of equipment in continuous production facilities.
- They should have:
- A trade qualification or equivalent, preferably with practical experience.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and scheduling inspections and maintenance of site equipment.
- Solid experience of SAP, including MS Office suite.
- Experience in determining root cause through investigation processes and tools to recommend informed corrective measures.
- Highly developed communication and influencing skills - building constructive and effective relationships.
- A commitment to the safety and wellbeing of yourself and others.
