Key Responsibilities- Deliver High-Quality Nursing Care: Provide skilled nursing care to residents, taking into account their cultural, spiritual, and individual needs.
- Manage Complex Needs: Utilize your expertise to manage catheters, syringe drivers, wounds, and other complex care requirements.
- Lead and Support Team Members: Provide leadership, support, and education to Enrolled Nurses and Extended Care Assistants.
- Promote a Harmonious Team Environment: Act as a role model in coordinating daily routines and adhering to safe practice measures in medication management.
- Current Registration: Hold current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Div 1.
- Experience in Residential Aged Care: Have experience working in residential aged care or home care, preferably with dementia care and palliative care support.
- Strong Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, decision-making abilities, and critical thinking skills.

- Working with Vulnerable People Card: Hold a current Working with Vulnerable People Card.
