Job Opportunity

This role plays a pivotal support function in advancing research studies conducted within the Gastroenterology and Hepatology Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive operational, technical, and administrative support to ensure seamless execution of research studies.
  • Manage the preparation and submission of ethics applications, data collection and entry, study coordination, stakeholder engagement, invoicing, and grant monitoring with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ensure strict adherence to governance and funding compliance standards.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in health, medical science, social science, public health, or a related discipline.
  • Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certification and proficiency in REDCap database software.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team to perform management and administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with key stakeholders.
