Our Health Research Team

 

We are dedicated to enhancing global healthcare by improving the lives of millions. A full-time position for a Research Associate is available at our Health Translation Hub in Randwick, where you will work closely with young people under 18 and be involved in coordinating project activities.

This Identified Position offers a hybrid working environment (two to four days per week in the office) and is specifically designed for an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person.

You will play a key role in supporting our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Program by engaging directly with Aboriginal communities, researchers, and Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services.

  • Contribute significantly to research projects
  • Assist with report writing and manuscript preparation
  • Initiate and conduct research under limited supervision
  • Contribute towards building future projects and grant applications

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in a health-related discipline
  • Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
