Job Description

Data#3 Ltd is seeking a motivated Warehouse and IC Operations Manager to join our National Logistics team in Braeside on a permanent full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and management to the distribution and integration centre operation and its team members.
  • Manage external providers, including resale suppliers, service contractors, and facilities management.
  • Ensure the successful performance and delivery of all warehouse and IC services to our customers, enabling their success.
  • Manage existing and new solutions within remit to support customers and sales.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management, including cycle count plans and half-yearly full stocktakes.
  • Manage forecasting and customer committed forward purchasing.
  • Ensure customer-specific documentation is maintained to support customer expected outcomes.
  • Ensure the Warehouse/IC location is a clean and safe working environment at all times and relevant legislative and Data#3 WHS policies are followed.
  • P&L responsibility, including budgets, forecasts, and expense management.
About You:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a management environment, preferably within Logistics, Supply Chain, and Warehousing.
  • Demonstrated experience in dealing with customers at all organisational levels.
  • High degree of ethical business practice.
  • Thorough understanding of warehouse processes, including the use of automated systems required for effective order fulfilment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continual skills development.
Nice to Haves:
  • Relevant experience in providing hardware service solutions to customers.
  • Experience in a systems support role within an IT environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in the provision of systems, software, hardware, and network technical services to customers.
