At Dell Australia Pty. Limited (7390), we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advisory Solutions Principal - Gen AI to join our Solutions Principal Team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their business goals through the customisation of solutions.

About the Role

The Advisory Solutions Principal - Gen AI will be responsible for guiding the analysis, design, and development of solutions for our customers. You'll work closely with our sales teams to provide technical support and direction, ensuring the compatibility of our solutions with customer systems and strategic business plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with sales organisations and leadership to articulate our unique perspective on GTM service solutions and credentialing our delivery capabilities.
• Gather, document, and architect customer-specific scope requirements and expectations for value-based outcomes in coordination with Services Sales Executives (SSEs) and Core teams.
• Collaborate with other Solutions Principals, Delivery, and Subject Matter Experts to develop solution proposals that meet customer-specific scope requirements and value-based outcomes.
• Own and drive the transition of customer-awarded Statements of Work and expectations to our Delivery Teams, participating in internal project kick-offs.
• Manage and communicate status on a portfolio of assigned sales pursuits in salesforce.com, effectively managing expectations on what is needed and when a quality work product can be delivered to the customer.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in computer science and hands-on experience with IT Transformation concepts.
• Deep-level Gen AI knowledge and experience.
• Understanding of emerging technologies, trends, and solutions (such as AI/ML and Data science, Converged and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure, Public or Private Clouds, X-as-a-Service).
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening, proposal and statement of work writing, and delivery of whiteboard or formal presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, highly matrix organisation with a strong desire to lead diverse teams through multiple sales campaigns to completion.
• A strong and persuasive sales-oriented personality that can partner with and influence cross-functional stakeholders from Sales Teams, the Solutioning Team, and Delivery Teams to position and win services business.

Desirable Requirements

• 10 years of pre-sales support and/or delivery experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Comfortable with frequent travel throughout the country (and APJ region) to support sales campaigns, customer briefings, and training.
