Key Responsibilities

  • Timely Reporting: Deliver timely and accurate reporting to senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Treasury Management: Oversee treasury, cash flow management, and intercompany transactions.
  • Audit and Compliance: Manage external audits and compliance obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Drive budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning across all regions.
  • Systems Enhancement: Enhance systems, reporting, and analytics capability.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and develop finance teams across different time zones.
Requirements
  • Chartered Accountant (CA): Chartered Accountant with a strong Big 4 audit background.
  • Multi-Entity Experience: Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency environments; ASX or listed exposure highly valued.
  • Technical Accounting Skills: Strong technical accounting and governance skills, with hands-on consolidation experience.
  • Systems Savvy: Systems savvy, ideally with ERP and advanced Excel capability.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior leaders across geographies.
