Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to oversee our global finance function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance leadership and experience with AI-first finance systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Finance System Development: Design and maintain an AI-native finance system that supports multiple high-growth education businesses.
  • Process Improvement: Write Important Design Decisions to simplify and scale key finance workflows.
  • Review and Coaching: Review Deep Dive and Improvement Plans with written coaching to sharpen logic and train AI and humans.
  • Partnerships and Meetings: Participate in high-leverage meetings on budgets, expansion, vendors, and compliance.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure finance operations run seamlessly at scale.
Requirements
  • Credentials: CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or MBA degree.
  • Leadership Experience: 10+ years of finance leadership experience, including roles such as Finance Manager, Controller, CFO, or equivalent.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong command of US GAAP and integrated financial statements.
  • Technical Expertise: Experience operating and improving ERP systems, ideally in complex multi-entity organizations.
  • Audit Expertise: Led or conducted 5+ external audits with a Big 4 firm.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
