Job Title: Quality Practice Manager

We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services as a Quality Practice Manager. In this impactful role, you will contribute to continuous improvement and enhance the quality of care provided.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Observe, assess, and provide tailored training to educators in delivering engaging programs.
  • Develop educational procedures and documentation that align with regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor educators in designing and implementing developmentally appropriate and inclusive programs.
  • Support services in community engagement and building strong local partnerships that foster positive relationships with families and communities.
  • Assist in designing and implementing wellbeing initiatives for children, families, and staff.
  • Facilitate reflective practice sessions to guide the development and review of Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs).
  • Support the implementation of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and My Time, Our Place learning framework for school-aged children.
  • Lead preparation and drive continuous improvement efforts related to Assessment and Rating processes.

Requirements:
  • A tertiary qualification in Community Services, Early Childhood Education, Teaching, Disability, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading inclusion and diversity initiatives within childcare or children's services.
  • Strong understanding of applicable legislation, Education and Care Services National Regulations, and the National Quality Framework.
  • Proven leadership and team engagement capabilities.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with children with disabilities and/or high or complex needs.
