Quality Compliance and Innovation Professional

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development and implementation of effective governance and quality frameworks across a cluster.

A seasoned quality professional, you will be responsible for driving innovation reflective of contemporary quality and care governance best practices. Your strong verbal and written communication skills will enable you to establish effective working relationships centered on building leader's capability through partnership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead the development of strategic quality frameworks and initiatives
  • Build the capability of leaders to ensure high-quality care and continuous improvement
  • Partner with executives to drive group quality, compliance, and innovation across services
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Nursing/Health discipline or equivalent experience in high-level service delivery and quality
  • Current registration with AHPRA or a relevant professional body (highly desirable)
  • Post Graduate qualifications or significant experience in quality management
  • Current Australian Driver's License
