As a Therapeutic Care Professional, you will provide accommodation, physical and emotional care, and support to children and young people aged 10 to 17 under Child Protection orders.

- Support young people's education, social, and recreational pursuits, promoting independence.
- Create a safe, nurturing environment by managing household duties and providing nutritious meals.
- Effective communication skills and active listening.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders while maintaining professional boundaries.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and multitasking capabilities.
- A non-judgmental approach and creative thinking.
- Driver's license (minimum green P's) is essential.
- Cert IV in Child, Youth & Family Intervention or equivalent qualification required.
