This role requires a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide high-quality care to children and young people aged 10-17 under Child Protection orders.
Main Responsibilities:- Implement best practice therapeutic interventions and program guidelines to ensure safety and care quality.
- Support young people's education, social, and recreational pursuits, fostering independence.
- Create a safe, nurturing environment, managing household duties and providing nutritious meals.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in working with children and young people, particularly those with complex needs. You will need to be resilient, adaptable, and committed to their well-being.
Requirements:- Effective team player with strong communication skills and active listening.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, maintaining professional boundaries.
