We are a team of professionals dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities.

About the Role:

This is a role that requires building strong relationships with clients and supporting them in achieving their goals. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, collecting relevant information, and maintaining progress reviews. Additionally, you will collaborate with participants and representatives to organize site tours, provide support to decision makers, and closely partner with leaders to optimize the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Support clients in identifying their objectives and aspirations
  • Collect relevant data and maintain progress reviews
  • Liaise with stakeholders to organize site visits
  • Provide support to key decision-makers and enhance the onboarding process
  • Maintain accurate databases and tracking systems for transparent communication and reporting
  • Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute site showcases to generate leads and build brand awareness
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with disability employment initiatives
  • Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience within the Recruitment industry or similar sector (highly desirable)
  • Demonstrated experience in a recruitment and target-driven environment, with a proven track record of achieving KPIs and targets
  • Experience working in or knowledge of the disability sector, with the ability to develop relationships within this setting
  • Experience developing and implementing processes/procedures with a customer-centric focus
