About Major Projects Coordinators

Our team is looking for an experienced Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our major projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Oversee project operations, ensuring effective coordination of activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • - Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • - Act as site host during execution phases, coordinating contractor access and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • - Deliver timely and targeted communications to support project phases and maintain stakeholder alignment.
  • - Assist with procurement processes, vendor coordination, and contract tracking.
  • - Ensure contractor documentation complies with HSE standards and internal procedures.
  • - Point of contact for project related enquiries and updates.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a comparable role managing multiple competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated capability using Microsoft Project or relevant Project software.
  • Project Management qualifications (desirable).
