We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Major Project Coordinators. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of complex projects, working closely with clients and project managers to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive support to project managers and engineering teams, coordinating project activities and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Assist with planning, preparation, and coordination of proposal documentation and responses, including project reports and technical papers.
  • Coordinate and compile technical reports for clients, adhering to client and company guidelines.
  • Contribute to technical decisions and solutions by addressing queries and responding to information requests.
  • Perform site inspections and prepare site surveillance reports, as required.
  • Oversee design, documentation, and construction support activities across all phases.
  • Assess project risks and understand associated contingencies.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between discipline engineers to ensure timely completion of designs.

In this role, you will work in a multidisciplinary project delivery environment, collaborating with experienced engineers and project managers to drive project success.
