**The Gig**
An exciting opportunity has become available for a commercially astute, detail focused, highly organised Planner to join the business Make this a landmark career role, as you make work your way through a recently awarded project with Chevron. Your primary goal is simple - You will support the business by using your exceptional planning skills to deliver programme directives and deliverables on this high value infrastructure project.
Based in Perth, reporting to the Project Manager, you will ply your trade to ensure the effective and timely coordination and implementation of the planning and programming functions required, to facilitate and achieve agreed project objectives You will provide leadership, direction and support for preparation and planning of project activities, while whilst monitoring and controlling all planning activities though the planning and execution phase of the project lifecycle.
**You will be trusted with**:
- Establishing and maintaining processes for program and progress reporting
- Creating and maintaining standards and processes to ensure that program, progress, and other scheduling data is maintained up to date including cost and revenue cash flow requirements
- Documenting agreed construction methodologies in accordance with the company's procedures and particular client requirements
- Preparing and controlling accurate and efficient program reporting (including schedule risk analysis)
- Proactively identifying mitigation and response to project risks and opportunities
- Coordinating detailed reviews of the project program with delivery teams and consolidate and compile project program reports

**efficient** You have an exceptional ability to translate complex data into communicable, logical information that is readily accessible to both internal and external stakeholders You have exceptional communication skills, and the confidence to collaborate, resolve issues, and support all levels of leadership through the project planning lifecycle.
You will have at least 5 or more years' experience in a similar planning role; relevant tertiary qualifications; proven experience with current industry standard planning software (P6), and extensive experience on complex, high value projects within the Infrastructure, or Oil and Gas sectors.
