Job Title: Conference and Events Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our dynamic team as a Conference and Events Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Event Managers in delivering exceptional experiences to our guests.

This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with the events team to ensure seamless execution of conferences, meetings, and other events at The Grand Hotel.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for setting up, refreshing, and clearing rooms to the highest standard. This may include arranging furniture, decorations, and audio-visual equipment.

You will also have the opportunity to work shifts in the Lounge, Bar, and Restaurant, interacting with guests and providing excellent customer service. Your ability to think on your feet and work well under pressure will be essential in ensuring the success of our events.
