This part-time opportunity is designed for passionate individuals who share our enthusiasm for sports and style. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering premium customer service experiences
- Building and maintaining expert-level product knowledge
- Replenishing and maintaining stock levels
- Maintaining visual merchandising standards in store
- Assisting the team in achieving Key Performance Indicators
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous relevant retail and/or customer-service experience
- A zeal for delivering exceptional service experiences
- A passion for the sports industry
- A natural sense of urgency
- An energetic demeanor
You will work collaboratively with a dedicated team of professionals who are committed to providing a customer experience second to none. This part-time opportunity requires flexibility across Thursday, Friday, and alternating weekends.
