As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that products are stocked and displayed attractively.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to lift up to 25kg and stand for long periods.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
