Customer Service Ambassador

About the Role

As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in building lasting relationships with customers. This is an exciting opportunity for applicants with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This role involves maintaining accurate information through our Customer Relationship Management system, as well as working within various e-commerce platforms to facilitate seamless transactions between customers and suppliers. You will be communicating with a diverse range of people from across the globe, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

The team is collaborative and supportive, offering a comprehensive onboarding and training process. We also have a vibrant Social Club with numerous opportunities to connect with colleagues outside of work hours. Our workforce is diverse, making it a welcoming environment to grow and develop.

To succeed in this role, you should have a genuine passion for customer service, at least 2 years of experience in a relevant field, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will enjoy being part of a dynamic team who work collaboratively, adapt to change, and demonstrate integrity.
