Department Supervisor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Department Supervisor to join our team. As a Department Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading your department in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the merchandising and visual standards.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in retail or a related industry and be passionate about creating an amazing service experience for our customers. You will also be able to drive and exceed set KPIs and communicate well with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Model exceptional customer service and support the team to deliver exceptional service and a 'service over task' environment
  • Actively gain, maintain and share product and brand knowledge for your department
  • Support management to improve financial performance within your department
  • Work with the back-of-house team to ensure product availability
  • Uphold company standards and deliver store visual excellence
