We are seeking a seasoned leader to manage department operations and drive excellent customer experiences.
Job DescriptionThis role will involve leading teams to maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and availability across all hours of the day for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Engage and motivate team members to provide exceptional customer service through Everyday ACTs - Acknowledge, Care & Thank.
- Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring correct processes are followed in store.
- Provide leadership support to team members on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with others to achieve great outcomes and grow knowledge.
- A strong desire to lead and develop team members.
- An ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A flexible approach to work and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
