Production Operations Manager

As a seasoned professional in production management, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality products.
- Motivate and mentor a diverse team to foster a strong safety culture through adherence to robust WHS policies and procedures.
- Supervise and guide employees to meet NDIS goals and commercial objectives.
- Promote positive behaviour support and collaborate with the team to drive productivity.
- Conduct skills training, assessments, and performance reviews in partnership with Employment Coaches.
- Ensure production meets customer expectations regarding quality, delivery timeframes, and business requirements.
- Monitor operations to guarantee they meet production standards, adjusting processes as needed.
- Truck or Forklift Licence is highly regarded.
- Previous experience in a production environment with proven ability to coordinate projects and delegate activities to a diverse team.
- Experience in disability support will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills to present clear and concise information to the team.
- A genuine commitment to our purpose and values with a natural empathetic nature.
- Hold or be willing to obtain necessary certifications, including a Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Criminal History Check, and an open Drivers License.
