Job Details

We are seeking a Steel Production Operative to join our team in Toowoomba. As a Steel Production Operative, you will be responsible for assisting with production work and operating machinery.

  • Assist with production work and operation of machinery
  • Cut and bend reinforcing steel
  • Assist with bundling and loading reinforcing steel onto trucks
  • Weld reinforcing steel structures together (training provided)

This is an entry-level position that requires a commitment to safe work practices and excellent customer service skills.

Required Skills
  • Experience in a production environment using machines or hand tools
  • Metal production or reinforcing steel experience (advantageous)
  • MIG or stick welding experience (desirable)
  • Forklift licence (advantageous)
