Principal / Senior Structural Engineer - Mining & Heavy Industrial Projects

This leadership role is responsible for managing the delivery of civil and structural design across various projects in the mining and heavy industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams, collaborating with clients, and providing tailored solutions to meet project objectives.
Main Responsibilities:- Leverage technical expertise to deliver high-quality civil and structural designs.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Create detailed drawings, specifications, and reports that meet industry standards.
- Analyse geotechnical data to inform project decisions and ensure safe working conditions.
- Build strong relationships with clients to deliver bespoke solutions that meet their needs.
- Hold a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Be registered as a RPEQ or CPEng (or in progress).
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SPACE GASS, and Prokon.
- Have extensive experience working on mining and heavy industrial infrastructure projects.
- Exhibit strong leadership and mentoring abilities to inspire team members.
