Job Description:

We are seeking a senior valuation professional to join our high-performing team based in Perth, Western Australia. As a Director, Agribusiness, you will work across a wide range of rural property types, including dryland and irrigated cropping, high rainfall and pastoral grazing, dairy, equine, poultry, forestry, vineyards, wineries, horticulture, post farm gate infrastructure and water entitlements.

You will be responsible for broad selection of agribusiness-based property, working with quality private, corporate, institutional, and financial clients, and collaborating extensively with the Agribusiness Transaction team. You will also have opportunities to travel to regional/remote areas of WA and implement marketing initiatives to contribute to business development and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Broad selection of agribusiness-based property
  • Quality private, corporate, institutional, and financial clients
  • Collaborate extensively with the Agribusiness Transaction team
  • Travel to regional/remote areas of WA
  • Implement marketing initiatives and contribute to business development and client engagement
  • Collaborate with other service lines across Colliers and complete valuation work for mutual clients
  • Seek and refer opportunities to other geographic locations and product lines
Qualifications:
  • An Associate Member of the API and a Registered Valuer with at least 5 years' experience post CPV qualification
  • Ability to build strong business relationships with key internal and external contacts
  • Valid Australian drivers' license
  • Commercial awareness of the formulation and implementation of strategy
  • Problem solving and analytical ability to generate information that provides sound business decisions
