Valuation Specialist Job Description

As a key member of our agricultural/rural valuation team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality valuation reports in a timely manner. The role requires excellent communication skills to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough valuations of diversified assets in the agricultural/rural space.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Effectively manage business opportunities while achieving personal annual budgets.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong attention to detail, report writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication skills.
  • CPV status combined with significant experience in the agricultural/rural valuation space.
  • A degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications.
