Job Title:

Agriculture Professional

We are seeking a senior member of the national valuation team to work across some of Australia's best assets and contribute to one of the most highly regarded valuation platforms in the country.

You will gain valuation exposure to a wide range of rural property types, including dryland and irrigated cropping, high rainfall and pastoral grazing, dairy, equine, poultry, forestry, vineyards, wineries, horticulture, post farm gate infrastructure and water entitlements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Selecting and managing diverse agricultural-based properties
  • Developing strong relationships with quality clients, including private, corporate and institutional entities
  • Implementing a best-in-class valuation delivery and quality assurance platform
  • Collaborating extensively with the agriculture transaction team
  • Traveling to regional and remote areas of Western Australia
  • Designing and implementing marketing initiatives to enhance business development and client engagement
  • Collaborating with other service lines across the organization and completing valuation work for mutual clients
  • Identifying and referring opportunities to other geographic locations and product lines

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • An Associate Member of the Australian Institute of Building (AIB) and a Registered Valuer with at least 5 years' experience post-qualification
  • Ability to build strong business relationships with key internal and external contacts
  • Valid Australian driver's license
  • Commercial awareness and problem-solving skills to generate information that informs sound business decisions
