We are seeking a seasoned relationship manager to lead our public sector go-to-market strategy and strengthen key relationships within Australia's Public Sector.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving member engagement, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring consistent stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a public sector go-to-market strategy, nationally
  • Drive business development targets through proactive account planning, RFPs, and tenders, aligned with CA ANZ values
  • Enhance member interactions to boost satisfaction and growth by engaging at events, conferences, and panels
  • Support internal teams in engaging with local councils, advisory groups, and committees
  • Act as a contact point for resolving service issues within the region and account portfolio
  • Gather and communicate external feedback to stakeholders, driving the development of new products and services to improve member satisfaction
About You

You will need to be a self-starter with experience driving strategic sales, business development, and member satisfaction.

You will excel in stakeholder management, quickly build rapport, and influence senior decision-makers.

With deep public sector knowledge and networks, you're commercially astute, strong in problem-solving, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
