Are you an experienced recruitment professional seeking a challenging role in talent acquisition?

We are looking for a Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract at the Cimic Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and providing expert guidance throughout the recruitment process.

About the Role:

The Senior Resourcing Advisor will have a portfolio of permanent and contract roles that are engineering and project-focused, along with other functions as they arise. You will be challenged to explore a range of recruitment strategies, including social platforms, to find the best candidates for our teams.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leaders to understand current and future hiring needs and coach them through the recruitment process.
  • Proactively source talent for active and pipeline opportunities using a range of sourcing methods.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, working with internal stakeholders to achieve the best results.
  • Work on resourcing projects, such as process improvement, graduate recruitment, diversity and inclusion, reporting, and marketing activities.
  • Commit to a high level of candidate care, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.

About You:

  • You have experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, with exposure to engineering, resources, or construction, either in-house or agency (or both).
  • You are a relationship builder who can connect with candidates and hiring leaders alike.
  • You are a head-hunter with experience in sourcing passive candidates and comfortable using social platforms to find great people.
  • You are a team player who collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals.
  • You are an organizer who can manage multiple stakeholders and ensure the details are not missed.

What We Offer:

  • An attractive remuneration package, estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
