Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all onsite employee relations matters
  • Coach and support the leadership team
  • Develop and implement training programs

You will work closely with the Asset leadership to shape and execute our human resources strategy to support our operational goals. This is a residentially based position in Mount Isa with company housing and relocation provided.
