Job Description

As a Service Transformation Director, you will lead the delivery of high-quality services to our customers across Oceania. You will be responsible for driving transformation, efficiency, and continuous improvement in our service operations.

You will work closely with our Service Operations leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with our business goals. Your expertise in lean management, continuous improvement, and transformation projects will help us achieve operational excellence and improve customer satisfaction.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that requires strong collaboration and communication skills. You will empower teams to drive change and improvement, while ensuring seamless execution of customer commitments.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead transformation initiatives to drive efficiency and continuous improvement in service operations.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to strengthen service quality and operational excellence.
  3. Create a technical support community to provide timely support to the Operations team.
  4. Develop people and competence through training and development programs.
  5. Enable collaboration and coordination among teams to achieve business priorities.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in service operations, transformation, or continuous improvement.
  • Strong background in lean management, continuous improvement, or transformation/investment projects.
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
