Aged Care Worker
About This Role:- We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Aged Care Worker to join our team.
- Provide personal care services to residents, including assistance with mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities.
- Assist residents with meal delivery, cleaning, and laundry duties.
- Supervise residents in memory support units and provide emotional support as needed.
- Apply moisturizing skin creams and assist residents with glasses, hearing aids, and other devices.
- Clean resident rooms and maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Assist residents with attending activities and engaging in hobbies and interests.
- Current NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain).
- Unlimited working rights in Australia.
- Hospitality or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassion and empathy.
- Understanding of resident rights and aged care standards.
