- Assist clients with transfers in and out of bed and wheelchairs, using hoists when required.
- Personal Care; grooming, bathing, dressing, dental hygiene, toileting, bladder and bowel management.
- Basic wound care and self-medication.
- Domestic support such as meal preparation, light household duties and laundry.
- Community access, such as driving to appointments and social activities.
- Travel to Ironpot, Mt Morgan and Gracemere.
- Shifts available both morning, afternoon and overnights.
You must hold:
- Valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
- A smartphone device
- A current NDIS Workers Screening Card (Yellow Card) and/or a Working with Children Check (Blue Card), or willingness to obtain.
- Completion of the NDIS Workers Orientation Module, or willingness to complete.
- Flexibility to work a fixed fortnightly roster with varying shift times.
